1. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?
Please follow all care instructions.
- Hand wash only
- Not microwave safe
- Not dishwasher safe
- Don’t leave in hot cars and/or in high temps
- Don’t drop
These sparkly creations are handmade and should always be treated as such. Although they are durable they have the potential to break or ruin when care instructions aren’t followed. Once the item is in the buyers possession I cannot be held accountable for any damage.
2. DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! Each item is customizable. Also, if you don't see something you like but love my work you can contact me so that I can make your fabulous ideas come to life!
3. I'M LOCAL TO DALLAS, TX. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER TO SAVE ON SHIPPING?
Yes, you may select Local Pickup at checkout to pick your order up via contactless door pickup. You’ll receive an email when your item is ready for pickup.
4. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Changes such as shipping address, customization or cancelling cannot be made. Unfortunately I cannot make any changes or cancel an order after it has been placed.
5. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EPOXY TUMBLERS AND SUBLIMATION TUMBLERS?
Epoxy tumblers are created using an FDA compliant epoxy while sublimation tumblers are created using high pigment, sublimation inks and heat.
6. CAN YOU PUT MY BUSINESS LOGO ON A TUMBLER?
Absolutely! Logos must be sent to us in a high quality, PNG format.
