PLEASE READ — IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All tumblers are double wall stainless steel and rated to keep drinks cold 24 hours and hot 8+ hours. Any customization needs to be added in the field when ordering. If it is not added, I cannot be held responsible for it not being added to your design. All tumblers are handmade and not from a machine so there is a possibility of slight imperfections such as a stray glitter. Any colors used for photography may differ in person due to lighting and your screen resolution.

I offer many different sizes and with the sizes shapes can change if you are looking for a specific shape of tumbler please add this in your customization notes, otherwise we will choose the best shape we feel for the design. As always, if you have any questions please feel free to message me prior to ordering.

All tumblers are finished with FDA compliant epoxy and will have a smooth, glass like finish. You will NEVER have to worry about glitter coming off! Your decals will be permanent and NEVER peel! Keeps beverages hot/cold for hours. All tumblers include a straw.

Due to the custom nature of these items, all returns, exchanges, or refunds will be approved only after the tumbler is sent back and inspected. In the event of an error on my part the tumbler will either be fixed or replaced. Buyer pays for return shipping.

Cancellations must be placed the SAME DAY as the tumbler was ordered or they will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS! Care instructions are provided with each tumbler. Full payment is due to place any custom orders. Tumblers will not be started until payment is made. No e-checks or cash. I cannot be held responsible for failure to read the details listed above.
